I upgraded to the Charge 5 and after I paired it my the leader board isn't updating. I can see my friends steps but mine shows as 0.  Any help to correct this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the community forums for the first time, @Jmac1962.

Thanks for the information provided about this issue with your leaderboard.

Keep in mind that your steps will be displayed as long as you choose to let others see this data. To verify this, please give a try to the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture at the upper left corner.
  2. Scroll down and tap Social & Sharing.
  3. Tap Privacy > Average Daily Step Count.
  4. Adjust who can see your step count.

If the issue persists after entering those fields, please try the following as well:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the leaderboard is available now.
