My Charge 5 stopped working, and nothing I’ve tried brings it back.
I charged to 100% battery level before leaving on a 4-night trip which is normally more than I’d need. Power dropped to zero the following day very quickly.
Upon returning home, the diamond logo flashed when I first plugged it in, but Charge 5 was dead when I checked it an hour later. I’ve tried the charger reset with no luck. My screen is black, and it is not syncing, so the app reset is no help. Nor is the Charge 5 screen.
I know my charging pins are putting out 5V, so it isn’t a bad charging cord.
I’ve had my latest Charge 5 for less than 9 mos. I typically remove to shower but I sweat wearing it running.
Am I missing any other reset option?
