Care to elaborate on "no support available to send it back to be replaced"; "all the support options are dead ends" ?

Best AnswerThe phone number says it will pick up in 2 mins and rings out the Fitbit support website is out of service and just redirects you to the forum. If you have an email address or another suggestion I would appreciate your feedback
Same!! Five months old, accepted the firmware update and now it’s stuck on a loading bar. Two weeks. Fitbit support have given me know indication of when or how this will be resolved. So disappointed how they are handling this, may go back to garmin.
