Good morning. I just wanted to let you guys know that everything was syncing correctly when I checked the Charge 5 this morning! It was initially a little sluggish, but I have synced it several times since then and it appears to be responding correctly. I did not want to send you on a wild goose chase if it was a minor glitch.

According to another thread on this issue, apparently the Fitbit servers were down for awhile yesterday, which caused syncing problems. Everything is back up now.
