Charge 5, app says version 20001.188.58. Less than two years old (paid for premium much of that time). Treated like a delicate baby. Suddenly stopped tracking everything except calories (not sure how it guesses on calories). Lights are not flickering on the sensor.
Restarted device. Removed device from phone. Deleted app. Added app. Added device to phone. Sync'd. Let the batteries run out. Fully charged the device. Still not tracking, and will not start the 30 second ECG. I added my phone as a device in the app and it made the fitbit think it was tracking steps, but it's really the phone tracking steps.
Any ideas? My guess is the sensor gave out and we just have to buy a new fitbit every 18 months (not a great deal). Thanks!
