Hi FitBitters,
I've trawled this forum and tried everything, but my Fitbit Charge 5 is still not connecting to my phone. It's pretty much brand new and has been working for approximately two weeks. Until now, no issues at all.
The last sync was Thursday (now Saturday).
So far I've:
- Charged the device to full [no change]
- Closed the app and restarted it (fully closed) [no change]
- Rebooted phone and device (through menu and by pressing button three times on charger) [no change]
- Forgotten the device in Bluetooth setting on phone and then refreshed the connection [no change]
- Reinstalled the app [no change]
- Reset everything again after reinstalls [no change]
I've now removed the device from the Fitbit app and have gone through the setup from scratch. The device is found ("Found It!") then the app hangs "Connecting..." [no change]
Once this fails (about 3-5 mins of trying) it prompts me to try all the same things as above, which I've done multiple times.
Has anyone else had this issue? Can anyone help?

I've literally tried everything now - really not sure what to do next apart from return the product and try a different brand.
Does anyone from fitbit actually use these forums or are we all on our own?

Tried everything - including factory reset / 'clear user data'.
Finds the Fitbit immediately. Then just hangs "Connecting..."

You guys should read the older posts. Charge 5 will not work with zflip and zfold with the new android 13. This problem been ongoing since late November

There is no solution at the moment. Cancel your premium subscription.
