About a week ago my charge 5 stopped giving me a sleep score and associated data. I have restarted and still not getting the information. Contacted google this morning and found them completely unhelpful as they switched me through to a playstore person who, although extremely polite. seemed to be avoiding the problem by requesting account details, etc. My wife had similar problems with intermittent performance of her luxe and none of our emails received a response. We purchased a new one and so far that is OK. I'm not prepared to do this again. I see that I am far from being an orphan. Has anyone found a solution to this common problem.
I have the same problem with my Charge 5. Sleep info stopped and it intermittently goes back and forth to showing military time! I'm ready to make a switch from Fitbit altogether. This has been happening for at least 6 months. I've contacted them several times. It reverts to regular time for a bit then goes back to military. SMH!
I’m also experiencing sleep data issues. I’ve had nothing but problems with my Charge 5. I will never buy another Fitbit and I cannot recommend them any more. I had a Charge 2 for many years and it was brilliant, but this one has caused nothing but problems and now the sleep issues
