You probably accidentally have 'Screen Wake' turned off.  Scroll up from clock face to Screen Wake and toggle it on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello @FriesenG

Hqve you set the Screen to Manual Wake or Auto Wake?

If you scroll down from the Clock Face screen you should see a big blue button for Screen Wake.  If it’s set to Manual you'll have to tap the screen to turn it on.  If it’s Auto, it should turn on when you turn your wrist.

If it’s grey, check to see if you have Sleep Mode turned on (it’s one scroll down from Screen Wake).  If it is on your watch won’t light up when you turn your wrist.  Tap it to turn it off and then you can change your Screen Wake to Auto.

I hope that helps a bit.

Hello @FriesenG

Oh dear, that’s strange that it’s not working.  It might be worth trying to restart your Charge 5 then as that can often fix small problems.

From the Clock Face screen scroll down until you get to Settings. Tap, then scroll up to Restart Device and follow the instructions.

 I hope that helps.
