I get notifications on my Fitbit Charge 5 (about appointments in my Iphone 12 mini), at weird times and the same notification several times after eachother.
Today for example I got notifications on my watch at 05.27, 05.28 etc, my phone alarm was set to go off at 8 am so i lost 2,5 hours sleep because my watch woke me up about an appointment tomorrow, which I was supposed to be notified about 2 day in advance (according to settings phone) so yesterday.
So I got the notification, 1 day too late, at a weird time (too early in the morning) and too often (6 times), similar situations are going on for months, I thought it would become better but it’s not.
I cant find anything in my Fitbit account to manage what time or how often I get a notification on my Fitbit. Its like being harassed and not being able to do anything about it. There is nothing in the settings menu anywhere on the Fitbit app on my phone or on my Fitbit account on the website.
I live in Europe, The Netherlands, could it maybe have something to do with timezomes?
