ecg not working? Try this

After going through MULTIPLE conversations with “help” (they weren’t) I was supposed to get a return label and email - which I never received. The other day, I accidentally used my ring finger instead of my index finger to show my daughter the inconclusive readings I had been receiving. And guess what - I FINALLY got a result. I think - that after many years of cooking, crafting etc. that it couldn’t read my index finger. Too many burns, bangs and damage along the way. Try a different a different finger!!

One should not press fingers hard onto the device while doing the check. Just a light touch. But glad that you found a solution for yourself.

@CindyMFG I got excited reading your post as I also get inconclusive ECG readings most of the time. However, my results were even worse with my other fingers 😞
