Charge 5: Phone app not working properly

After 4-5 days of proper function, my phone app today has no cityscape background. Worse, it only reflects partial data: Sleep quality metrics are FUBAR. Graph shows several wake/restless episodes, but tells me I had zero waking/restless episodes. No sleep score, either. Have re-started the app and then the phone itself.

No sleep score on the fitbit itself or the webpage dashboard.

Restarted the device for the device's settings menu may help. Restarting has resolved various weird bugs for me in the past. Also check to see if there are any updates for the mobile app.

MyFitnessPal and MapMyRide, Garmin VivoSmart
