I first noticed the quick reply stops working for my Charge 5 about 2 weeks ago -- I rarely use my watch to do text reply so I don't really know how long the problem has been going on. I can receive incoming texts just fine, but it just refuses to send out my quick replies (texts and emojis).
My firmware is up to date, Bluetooth connection is good, rebooted my watch several times, and I even re-did my custom replies ... but the problem persists.
Any idea or suggestion? Thanks.
