I have recently purchased a Charge 5 but having read various articles online about the radiation it emits, I am worried about wearing it.
Am I overly worrying or should I be concerned?

Hi, it's good to see you around visiting the community for the first time, @SJF23.
Thanks for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5.
I don't think you would need to worry about that, the radiation emitted by a Fitbit device would be too low to cause any biological effect. The radiation emitted by the device is called non-ionizing radiation, which is also emitted by other devices like phones, radios, computers. The radiation that a Fitbit device or a phone would transmit is very weak and it does not have enough energy to cause any damage.
