Charge 5 Reboot Loop

My Charge 5 has been working fine for 6 months. All of a sudden it went black and would not turn on, when it had plenty of battery charge left. I attached it to the charger and since then it has been flashing the Fitbit logo every few seconds. I cannot wake it, I cannot go into the settings to restart it. I have tried pressing the button on the charging cable 3 times to restart it, but it just keeps flashing the logo. It cannot be synced to my iPhone and so I cannot change the clock face either. I have had the product less than a year. Please advise if the warranty would allow for a replacement device.

I appreciate all the information that you've provided about this issue with your Charge 5 device and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried. 

If you already tried to complete the 3 pulse restart procedure and you continue to experience the same problem, please try these additional steps that have been useful for other users:  

  1. Please sync your device in the Fitbit app. 
  2. If you  can't sync:
    • Remove the device in the Fitbit app.
    • Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
    • Set up the device again.
  3. If it's still unresponsive, please try changing the clock face as well and check if you're able to see anything on the display.
