I noticed this morning that my Charge 5 had a red X in a circle on the screen. I tried to see if there was any updates, and my phone was not able to connect to the device. I looked up some basic troubleshooting online, first tried to remove it from my bluetooth devices and see if my phone could reconnect to it, no luck. Tried to restart the device, the screen turned off, it vibrated, looked like it was about to restart as the fitbit icon came on, then just turned back off. It pretty much just kept repeating itself every 15-20 seconds with the icon coming on, then off, with the occasional red X appearing on the screen. Any thoughts?

Most likely it hasn't been synced in 3+ days. It might also be because your fitbit account has been locked. Also because the firmware update. Hope this helps!
