I was getting a reminder to move if I didn’t move at 10 minutes to the hour, and now I don’t and it is turned on I don’t know what’s going on

Have you tried to restart the Charge 5? How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I had this happen too, and it took me an embarrassingly long time before I realised I had unintentionally set the device to "do not disturb" mode.

@Loosing007 , Thank you for your reply.  have you verified if the Charge 5 is not on Don't Disturb or sleep mode as suggested by our fried JamieVDR ?
