Since early Jan my Fitbit charge 5 hasn't synced to Strava. So frustrating. Thought it was because I'd changed to an old phone as I broke mine. However I've since bought a new (android) phone and still the same. I've disconnected the third party links then reconnected again. Really don't want to have to start tracking a run manually on my phone as well as my Fitbit - so much fumbling especially at the start of a race. Makes me wish I'd gone with Garmin instead of sticking with fitbit (which I've had no probs for some years). Anyone got any suggestions?
