yesterday my charge 5s screen display turned yellow. The device is 10 months old. The device was still tracking but when turned on would show nothing but yellow. Today this has become a black screen and has stopped recording data.
I have been able to sync the device a couple times since it stopped collecting data but each time the app displays as the device having no battery even while charging.
I've also restarted using the triple tap and can here the vibrations of the device but nothing changes in the screen display.
on inspection there appears to be moisture inside the skin sensor on the rear of the device but I am unsure as to how this would have gotten inside it.
