On Christmas day I had a Charge 5 in my shopping cart for $50 off. When I went to complete the purchase the next morning the price Jumped $50 to the regular price. There was no indication on their website of an expiration date. In speaking with the Fitbit folks they said, in so many words, tough luck.
Has anyone else had this problem with their lack of flexibility?

Hi @Kyoto it happens with retail sales all over the place. I was going to get a piece of software from Amazon a few days ago and it had a 40% off coupon to click on. The next day I went back and it no longer had the coupon, so it was full price. It's just the way things seem to work. That's why being ready for a sale and clicking fast is the only way to shop. Sorry this happened to you. I know Fitbit has seasonal sales, so you might look for that later or check with your local retailers like Best Buy.

Thank you for your response, they should be more transparent and flexible. I did follow up with a call then a email requesting a notification when it's on sale again (No Response). Happy New Year's!

@Kyoto usually it's Mother's Day and Father's Day, but lately there seems to be sales at different times. Costco always has a good price and they have a generous return policy if you encounter any problems. 2022 is going to be good!
