On Sept. 15th my Charge 5 screen suddenly stopped responding to taps or when being plugged in. When charging it I still feel the vibrations as though it's aware it's being charged, and when resetting 3 times it vibrates as well, it's just the display never shows signs of life and it cannot sync with my app. Unfortunately I cannot get a replacement because this device was itself a replacement for a previous device (replacement ordered in February), which actually had the SAME issue occur to it. It's really disappointing that these watches last less than a year. Not buying another one that's for sure.
