It has been one issue after the other with Charge 5. What is going on now? First the Readiness Score disappeared. Now Fitbit is showing my start sleep time between 3:00 a.m. - 4:40 a m. I can guarantee you I do not go to bed at these hours. Once again, I have cleared the cache, turned the phone and the blue tooth off and on and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing is working. No, the time change has nothing to do with it as this issue started 3 weeks ago. Yes, I've checked the time zone. On the incorrect start times, I was in bed at 9:00 p.m and was fast asleep well before 3:00 a.m. That is quite a difference in hours. Come on Fitbit get it together. I'm ready to move on to a different brand. No way would I purchase another Fitbit at this point. So what is the fix for thus issue??
UPDATE: 11/15/2024
START TIME IS STILL NOT WORKING. IS THERE GOING TO BE A FIX FOR THIS?

I don't know if you'd call it a fix for the issue, but I do know there's a way to edit your sleep log. To start, I need to know which OS you have and if the Fitbit app is updated. Finally, is the firmware on the device you're using to sync updated?

Hi. Thank you. Yes, the Fitbit app is updated. The synch is updated and synching everything correctly except the the time I go to bed/sleep. I have tried to edit the sleep log to no avail.

Ok, great, but you still didn't tell me which OS you have. In order to assist further, I need that information.
