Charge 5 Step and sleep data are wrong

My step and sleep data are wrong.  Keep getting notifications that I’m an overachiever on my steps. Example this morning I had 2 or 3 thousand steps and I got a notification saying I was 10,000+ over my daily goal.  On the sleep it appears to be in one time zone then when you go to the breakdown it shows the correct times.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Alleyne

I appreciate the information provided about these issues with your Charge 5.

If you're still receiving a notification about achieving your goal when you still don't have many steps recorded, please try the following steps:

  1. Complete the three pulse restart using the charging cable.
  2. Change your main goal to a different number and then change it back to your desired step goal.
  3. Try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you continue to experience the same problem.

Regarding the problem with your sleep information, could you please provide a few more datils? If possible, please a screenshot of the information you mentioned so we can further investigate.

I'll be around.

I think it might be MobileTrack that is creating the problem. Please look into your profile settings (go to your profile by clicking your icon on the App) and see if MobileTrack is set. If it set, disable it to see if does a difference.

When on the app on the main portion my sleep seems to be in one time zone however when I tap on the sleep to see my score for the week it shows the correct time
