It just wet the bed yesterday. Black screen. Reset procedure using cable doesn't work. Changing clock face doesn't work (tech support had me try this). Bluetooth won't sync. It does respond to charger plugged in (vibrates), and the reset button, but that's it. I'm not going to even bother sending it in even though it's under warranty.
I had a Garmin Vivosmart HR that lasted years before the (unreplaceable) band broke. It never left my wrist other than to charge it.
Thanks but no thanks Fitbit. It's my bad for trying another brand. Hope you enjoyed my $.
