Charge 5 Stopped working

After 3 months of buying charge 5 the screen gone all white but was still counting steps and others on my mobile. I tried all things recommended by Fitbit help desk from resetting and changing clock face. Then my Fitbit stopped synchrosing and then stopped working. An 'X" sign comes on the screen when I charge it. I contacted Fitbit who surprisingly told me that the case not meeting the warranty. This was my third Fitbit after charge 2 and 3. I have decided to move to other brands and I advice all to do so.

My fitbit charge 5 screen gone black after three months of buying it. This was my 3rd tracker after charge 2 and 3. It seems there is a manufacturer hardware or software issue with charge 5. Badly made and useless customer support

Thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

I've been informed that you have indeed contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. I'm sorry to see that it wasn't possible to receive a replacement due to warranty limitations. Since warranty would be handled by the Support team, I do recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can let you know the reasons and if there are any options available for you.
