Hi,

I have seen multiple threads on this but they are closed without an actual fix that works.

Most of threads are closed with an incorrect/obsolete fix which does not work. Everyone has tried, cleaning the charging connectors, resetting the device by 3 clicks on the usb cable and also restarting it via the Fitbit itself.
