This is my 2nd Fitbit charge 5 and once again right on the 1year anniversary, it stop working. I really like my Fitbit device especially tracking my weight loss journey. Have tried everything and nothing works, this is infuriating, given this is a known issue, either fix it, discontinue and provide users a free device that works or send out replacement device to all users at 1 year anniversary. I really DON’T want to replace with an Apple Watch.
