Charge 5 Swim Tracking

The swim tracker does not work. I have consistently done 1800m in a 50m pool numerous times and my Fitbit reports anywhere between 2600 to 2900m. Of course the corresponding calculations, pace, calories, laps, etc., are all wrong. Yes, The pool length is set correctly. Yes, I have reset the tracker. Yes, I have the latest software. Yes to any other obvious questions one may have.

 

Please chime in, we all paid good money for these devices, there needs to be some accountability and rebate for false claims regarding functionality of the Fitbit 5.

For me the tracker for swim is always less than I swam... I swim in 25m pool.
