I believed I migrated by Fitbit account to Google but the new account is empty. I still have my Fitbit account but find it almost impossible to get to. There is no data in my Google account. I have had a Gmail account for more years than my Fitbit account. I cannot delete the 'new' Fitbit account in Google and it will not allow me to migrate my 'real' Fitbit account because Google says I already have an account. What options are available?

Hello @Jsolanojr
Contacting Support (<-- click) may be the best option to get your account fixed. They have the tools & access to see account information which we don't have.

Hi @Jsolanojr and @RiekoC, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you manage your Fitbit account.
Go to How do I manage my Fitbit profile? > How do I see the date that I joined Fitbit? You'll find the date when you joined Fitbit.
If you didn't migrate your original Fitbit account, you'll need to delete your current Fitbit account associated to your Google account. Note that the deletion may take some time. See How do I delete my Fitbit account and service? > Delete Fitbit account
However, since the migration of your account can't be undone, you may need to contact our support team for further handling as @RiekoC suggested. I appreciate your time in this process.
