Is Fitbit ever going to fix the problems from the last upgrade? I still cannot see the percent of charge left in my watch on the website and the bigger problem is that I cannot change the name of an exercise! It has been months and said that you were working on it. Any ETA on the fixes?

Hi, @CAR49ers , do make sure that your app is up-to-date! I am sure you will be glad to hear that the battery percent is now back and is on the front page of the app, top left, just next to the device icon (smart watch and phone). To update go to your App Store.
Unfortunately they have not yet fixed the ability to edit the exercise name, but hopefully that will be coming in an update soon.

What version of the Fitbit app do you have? App version 4.04 brings back the battery percentage, but the update hasn't been rolled to everyone yet. I'm still on version 4.03.
Fitbit rolls out app updates in stages, so not everyone will receive the update immediately. You need to be patient, you will get it.

@gdio53 Fitbit rolls out major app redesigns in beta versions and firmware updates in stages, but this is a very minor change and I think should be available to everyone now via the App Store or Play Store.

I understand and have been a beta user for a long time. I'm actually surprised that I didn't get 4.04 as a beta version before the general release. I had this happen 1 time before and had to leave the beta program temporally to get a newer version of the app. I may try this approach in a few days if I don't get the update.
I just uninstalled 4.03 and then reinstalled from the Google Play store, but still received 4.03.

Don’t upgrade to 4.04!!! The app is pretty much useless. You have to jump through all kinds of hoopes and use the web dashboard to get usable info. But, the battery percentage is there.

It takes a little getting used to, but I find the new app very useful. In any case, as the OP already has the new app, he might as well, if he can, get the latest version which has the battery percent added back in. If it is not currently available to everyone, it certainly soon should be. I have auto updates turned on and as the above photograph shows, I now have the the battery per cent added back in.

I saw that, but I'm still not getting 4.04 on my devices. On a whim, I installed the app on my wife's phone, and she got 4.04!
I'm going to uninstall the app from my devices (only one syncs), unsubscribe from the beta program and see what version I get when I reinstall.
Thanks for your help, this is frustrating😞.
EDIT:
Uninstalled from both devices, opted out of beta, cleared cache on the Play store, rebooted both devices and reinstalled. Still got 4.03.
I'm not that concerned at this point as I the Pixel Watch face I use shows the battery percentage. I may swap out the PW2 for my Charge 5, redo all the steps I've already tried, and see what happens.

Hi @gdio53
You might get version 4.04 update soon. My app finally updated to 4.04 today (02 Dec 2023) or sometime overnight. It probably won't be much longer for you.

Thanks, I'll keep checking, but I'm not really concerned, when it comes, it comes😁
I just thought I'd get it sooner as a beta tester.
***EDIT*** Just received the update (2023-12-07}!

Sorry, I did the firmware update but the app still is poor. It freezes anytime you want to look at details. Googles update has made the app very difficult to use and the information/analysis is inadequate.
