When I registered Suica in the wallet function of fitbit chage5 and charged 5000 JPY, an error message appeared and said "This Suica is invalid. You need to delete it". So I deleted the suica and re-registered the suica, and the 5000 JPY disappeared. I then recharged 5000 JPY, but the previous 5000 JPY is not there. My credit card company has charged me twice for 5000 JPY. How can I get a refund for the missing 5000 JPY?
