I have had the Charge since it first came out (09/27/21). Suddenly it won't charge. When connected, the charging screen doesn't come up. Connected to several different cubes and outlets. Cleaned the contacts on the Charge and the charging cable per the online instructions. What do I try next?

Don't bother calling or chatting with online support. I have spent the last thirty minutes on the phone with them. They will not replace devices or offer refunds even if your watch is under warranty. They just tell you that they understand and there is nothing that they can do because they are working on firmware.

I did finally get mine replaced as I bought it at Costco. But it took weeks of speaking to fitbitsupport on and off before they finally said they would replace. Then it took over a month to get it back. Every time I checked in for the status of return they kept changing the date. I just got it . Waiting to get new wrist band as I can’t find the one I had. The whole experience has been very disappointing. Not even a message inside return package. I will look to something else next time like an Apple Watch etc oh and I have been paying for premium which of course has been useless

SOLVED (so far).
I noticed that the Charge also stopped syncing. Reading the app instructions, I restarted the Charge. It is now charging and syncing. We will see how long it lasts. When in doubt...reboot.

I recharged mine yesterday afternoon up to 75%. When I woke up this morning, the screen would not come on. I connected it to the charger. Battery was at 2%. Hours later, still 2%. I disconnected/reconnected it multiple times. Still 2%. I called support and was on the phone with the rep when it went up to 3%. She put me on hold. By the time she returned, it was up to 7%. She had me restart it by pressing the button on the USB charge port 3 times. It appeared to restart (displayed logo) but not sure what that did, if anything. Battery was then at 12%. I told her that it now appeared to be charging and would call back if still a problem. It's now up to 57%. So, the whole experience has been weird. I think I'll start checking the battery after a minute of charging. It doesn't take long for it to go up one percentage point.
