I have a fitbit charge 5 that will not charge above 1%. Less than a year old and I cleaned both the charger and watch and nothing.

Hello @Eleanor92666
If the troubleshooting recommended by the Moderator doesn't work, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. Since your device is less than a year old, you could have options under warranty.

Thankyou for the help. I did contact support after trying to get the watch to charge. My watch was still under warranty since I didn't even have for a year. They looked up my watch by it's serial number. I have returned my watch to Google fit and it will arrive to them on Monday. They said I should have replacement within 10 business days. The person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful and walked me through what I needed to do and all I had to do was go to fed ex and my shipping label was already there. Thank you, Eleanor
