Has anyone had any luck getting the Charge 5 to actually work when starting the workout feature (weights)? I barely registers heart rate, when it does, it is way off, causing the actual workout numbers to look like you to a leisurely walk on the beach. This is my second Charge 5, one is on its way back to Fitbit already. Is there something I have not tried other than wrist placement and resets. Maybe tape it to my forehead? The frustrating part is that for 2.5 weeks after I bought the first one, it worked spectacularly. After the update, it became more of a child's toy. Really a shame as I like the Fitbit app but hate the product. Any recommendations? Possibly a different product? Any and all input welcome.
PS - I have plenty of workout video footage showcasing how well this product works - both Charge 5s that I purchased, and few clips of when it actually worked...maybe I will post.

This happens to everyone and support just spits out the same tired answer instead this co pant figuring out a fix for an issue that should be prioritized.
