Charge 5 - Wrong data

My Fitbit Charge 5 doesn't measure the correct kilometers I walk, jog, I don't get medals for my steps anymore and not for the number of stairs per day. I won't buy a new Fitbit watch again when you can log the correct kilometers and such yourself.
