Charge 5 and Versa2

I have now got a Versa 2 which is now on my Fitbit app. My old Fitbit 5 i cannot see in my account. I won’t my charge 5 to eliminate the data. But the watch still shows my data from yesterday? How can I get my Fitbit 5 to go back to factory settings

Hello @Snowcake 

I hope I'm understanding your question correctly. 

When you added your Versa 2 to your Fitbit account, that should have replaced your Charge 5. With the exception of some legacy Fitbits, you can only have 1 device at a time in your Fitbit account. 

This help page (<-- click) has the instructions on erasing user data, aka factory data reset. Hopefully, you're able to access the Settings tile on your Charge 5.
