I have had 2 charge 5's break in less than 2 years. The first one was before my warranty ended. Got replaced. Well the replacement broke in less than 6mo. I've been having all the same issues many experienced with a recent update. Was finally able to get it to display but it still doesn't work. I've tried all the troubleshooting and talked to customer service numerous time. I've been a customer since 2015 and have never had such a bad experience with Fitbit. Because the warranty on my first faulty product was up they will not replace the second one that has broken within 6mo of having it. I'm extremely frustrated and wondering if anyone else has had such a terrible experience and lack of responsibility from the company to make things right. It's not my fault I keep getting bad products. Why am I the one paying for it? Is it just me experiencing this?
