Bought my Fitbit 5 in July. About a month ago, the band, which was not the original, but a metal band compatible with Fitbit 5, disengaged and the whole Fitbit fell to the ground. Now, this happens 1-3x per day. One of the locks for the band won't lock properly, so just about anything will cause it to unlock and the Fitbit falls to the ground! I didn't buy insurance, but it's only been 3 months. This should not be happening. What can I do?
