Fitbit Charge 5 White Screen

My Fitbit Charge 5 started flashing a bit yesterday, and today it shows nothing but a blank white screen no matter what I do. Things I have tried:

- restarting 

- long restarting 

-changing the clock face 

- updating 

 

Still nothing. It vibrates when placed on the charger or is restarted, but that's it. It still seems to be tracking metrics according to the app, but it's otherwise unusable. Thoughts?

I appreciate the information that you've shared about this issue with your Charge 5 and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.

I've been informed that you already got in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've shared some instructions with you. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed and I recommend that you continue the communication with them.
