My charge 5 band repeatedly unlatches on the top. Anyone else having this issue? The least bit of tugging causes the band to dislodge.

Hi @CMarie2256,

 

I had this happen with my Luxe last week and it turns out the band wasn't pushed all the way in.  Did you check to see if your band was pushed all the way in?

Yes. I could not possibly jam it in further. It falls off my wrist several times a day now. I was hoping it was the band so I just purchased a new one- but that’s even worse. I think super glue might be my only option as I’ve lost track of time and the 45 day window.
