How can I make my band stop comming off? This is the 3rd band I have tried in less than the year i have had my charge 5 and it's ok for about a month then it stats coming off I have almost lost it multiple times because of this. It is frustrating and after the 20th time if having to reattach it makes me want to get rid of it.

Sad to hear You're having issues with your Charge 5. If those bands that keep popping off are geniune Fitbit bands, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support as the clasp on your device might be defective:

If you're using third party bands, please keep in mind that those might not exactly fit Fitbit's requirements for their attachment mechanism.
