Hi, @Kavcharge5 unfortunately Fitbit does not operate any service or repair centres anywhere.

However, there are some steps you can take yourself to see if you can resolve this.  Many people think that their Fitbit does not appear to be charging when in fact it is just unresponsive.  I would suggest plugging it in as normal to a power point and plug known to be working, and definitely using the original charging cord supplied with your Charge 5.  Give it two hours charge even if it does not seem to be charging.  When it has had two hours charge try giving it a restart.

As the screen is unresponsive you will need to do the restart manually.  Look carefully at the charging cord for your Charge 5 and you will see a little button on the flat end of the charger.  While the Fitbit is still plugged in and charging, press this button 3 times within about 8 seconds holding the press for about one second and pausing briefly between each press.  I find that it is easier to get the rhythm right if you say the words: press, pause… press, pause… press.  Then wait about 10 seconds and hopefully the screen will come to life.  Since it can be tricky to get this right (holding the press too long or too short, and same with the pause) you may need to repeat this if it doesn’t work the first time, so wait about 15 seconds and try again.  I would recommend trying this at least 3 times if it doesn’t work at first.

Of course, it is possible that charging is really the problem! (Though in my experience it is more likely to be that your Fitbit has gone into an unresponsive state).  If it really is a charging problem then cleaning the contacts and checking the power supply etc can solve this.  Please see this help article for troubleshooting tips for a Fitbit that won’t charge and carefully work through the steps.

Good luck! Let us know how it goes.  Welcome to the forums!
