Has anyone had an issue with their wristband disconnecting from their Charge 5 for no apparent reason? This happens to me 8 -10 times a day. I even bought an additional 6 bands and not one will stay attached for an entire day.

Hi, @GKREFT I've generally found Fitbit's bands to be robust, but the latches are a little fiddly This Video @ 4:00 mins demonstrates how they work. Try cleaning the pebble sockets with soapy warm water, any debris or grit that gets in the way can cause a problem. If there is a fault with the band (or the socket) it will be covered by Fitbit's warranty provided the bands are "Fitbit" bands & not third-party bands - Fitbit can't be responsible for other makers' stuff. Talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. You will need the details of when & where you bought your Charge 5.
