Charge 5 has pathetic straps - new one broken already

Charge 5 has pathetic straps. I brought mine new recently in April and the strap has broken already. I just tried to stick it back , it stays in place for a little while and then falls off again.

Their quality in straps has gone bad to worse. Y is fitbit so stingy in providing good quality straps?

Hi, @rekha2511, welcome to the community, I've generally found Fitbit's bands to be robust, but the latches are a little fiddly This Video @ 4:00 mins demonstrates how they work. Try cleaning the pebble sockets with soapy warm water, any debris or grit that gets in the way can cause a problem. If there is a fault with the band (or the socket) it will be covered by Fitbit's warranty Talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. You will need the details of when & where you bought your Charge 5.
