Hi FitBit Team and All, I have been a happy user of Charge 2 since 2018. My screen cracked in 2023 so I upgraded to Charge 5 in June. My tracker is still on version 188.58 without an indication of availability to update to 194.61. Meanwhile, I am aware of the problems with this update. For now, my screen regularly goes black, especially after accessing the app on my iPhone. The screen then reactivates whenever I connect the charger even if only for a few secs. Obviously, that’s not possible when I’m on the go so it's very inconvenient. I also experience excessive battery drain once or twice a week. I hope that the FitBit Team comes out with a corrected update very soon so that I can overcome these problems. Welcome your feedback and tips.

Exactly the same is happening to my charge 5 and I'm still waiting for the update as well, hope it comes soon

Same applies exactly to my charge 5 except the watch unsynics itself sometimes from my phone so the sooner the new firmware is available on my phone the better. It's hard and annoying when you're exercising and the watch face is Black
