My charge 5 kept freezing and not syncing data correctly. I would work out and it would say i only completed 5 steps or 0 steps a day. I went through all the troubleshooting protocol and it still did not work. I updated the device and the app and the sync worked for everything except the sleep logs. I tried to troubleshoot for that as well but nothing changed. The battery then started to die after 2 hours when starting on 100%. Usually my battery would last me a few days.
