Charge 5 battery drain and shuts down when using iPass

Firmware version - 20001.194.91

App version - IOS 4.19.1

Battery Drain issue: The battery life was lasting about a week but now only 2 days.

iPass issue : When passing through MRT gate or riding on a bus, charge 5 suddenly shutdown and unresponsive even with 50% battery life - totally black out. I have to connect to the charger to boot the device. 

The device setting:

- GPS setting always use Phone

- Always-on-display disabled

- brightness and screen timeout - default
