The battery of my charge 5 is draining too fast and it takes now a lot more time to charge than it used too.
I charge it always on my computer and I havn't changed anything else. Right now it's stuck at 33% charging for more than an hour.
What can I do? I have checked other topics about battery drain but nothing seems to fix it.

Hi, @nchazarra charging via a computer is very slow at the best of times. Depending on your computer’s settings it may deliver little or no charge while it is in sleep mode and absolutely none during hibernation. I would always recommend using a wall charger as long as it is UL/CE certified. The charger you use for your cell phone is likely to be ideal.
Older batteries - and now the Charge 5 is an older device - will usually drain more quickly than when new, and may need longer to charge. How quickly batteries deteriorate largely depends on how they are used. Generally speaking it is best to avoid deep discharges and the ideal state is between 20-80% charged. For best results for very small batteries like the Fitbit charging little and often is ideal. Fifteen minutes or so on a wall charger each day should do the trick, perhaps with an occasional longer charge.

Yes, I have followed all the steps, that's why I'm really sad. I think the battery is already dying...
Yesterday I tried to charge it again but after many hours I was unable to charge more than 55%.

this is not working , since the fitbit app updated my charge5 lasted only 3 hours
