Hi there, @JaceRunnis. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that the battery on your Charge 5 started draining after the update. I understand why you're feeling disappointed.
Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with the Charge 5 and also want to find a solution to the inconvenience, please note my best advice is to continue troubleshooting the issue with our Support Team. They've been providing all steps necessary for this issue, and there's not much else we can provide here in the forums as the steps would be almost the same as the ones you already tried so far.
Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. They will tell you what's next!
We hope to get you back on track soon!
