I recently did an update on my Charge 5 and since then my battery is only lasting 2 days instead of 5/6 days as it did before the update

I can only get two hours out of mine since the update over a month ago! I've contacted support many times and been told to turn off apps, set the screen to manual wake, unpair and repair the device.... nothing has worked. Looking at other comments, it seems many people are struggling with similar issues. Customer support has been shocking.
