I’ve purchased Fitbit Charge 5. This product is less than 2 year old. Now the battery started draining very rapidly. When I talked to customer support they told they only sell the product in my country but do not have any customer service centres and I’ve to dump it off. What is use of buy such expensive products cost ~$200 and even could not survive for 2 years
